The Newlyweds

Tiana walked in the front door of her home and sighed. “What a day and I still have so much to do!” She peaked into the living room and the kitchen to see if Naveen was home. Even after looking in his study she couldn’t find him. I guess he’s not home yet. He must be out run’n the streets. “Well before I do anything I have to take these shoes off, maybe take a nap.” Tiana slowly walked to her bedroom and sat on the bed. She took her shoes off one at a time and rubbed her tired feet. Running your own business had its disadvantages, but not many. Tiana smiled as she thought of her restaurant. She had accomplished so much in such a short time. She was turned into a frog, married, turned back into a human and opened her own restaurant in less than a month! Since the end of her honeymoon she had been moving faster than a jack-rabbit on wheels, but she enjoyed being busy. She missed Naveen and didn’t get to see him as much as she liked. They had only been married for a little over a month, but it still felt like they got hitched just the other day. Tiana had to laugh as she remembered how nervous Naveen was to show her to his parents. Everything went perfectly but she guessed it was a nerve racking time. Tiana changed out of her Head Chef outfit and into her most comfortable day dress and laid back into a soft pillow. “I’ll only take a little nap just to rest my eyes.”
